LETTERLAND
Early Learning Literacy Program Enhances and Teaches:  speaking and listening, word building, advanced spelling and multi-sensory learning.

PLAY
Experiencing new things through:
-Parallel:  does not interact with another child
-Solitary:  does not notice other children
-Co-operative:  play together in a group
-Unoccupied:  random acts of movement
-Onlooker:  observing others
-Associative:  more interested in each other

ELECT OR ELF
Early Learning for Every Child Today
Noticing the development and responding in ways to help learning.  All aspects of development are connected but separated into categories; these are:  Social, Emotional, Communication (language/literacy), Cognitive and Physical.

EMERGENT
Observing, documenting and creative brain storming.  Planning a curriculum based on the child’s interest.

THEME
Teaching a variety of skills and content by introducing curriculum around topics.  It provides opportunities and experiences with various materials and activities to motivate learning.

EVALUATIONS/DEV’T ACHIEVMENTS
A review of a child’s skills, abilities and knowledge in areas of:  infant development, socialization, language, self-help skills, cognitive, fine motor and gross motor.
Children will be evaluated throughout group curriculum planning.
